He holds a Master of Business Administration from Preston University Islamabad and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and a financial diploma from Harvard Business School, equipping him with a strong foundation in financial and strategic leadership. With over 10 years of experience as Head of Operations at Hilal Foods, Mr. Munshi brings unparalleled expertise in devising high-level strategies that direct both growth and operational aspects of the business. Mr. Aqeel Loon is the Group Chief Financial Officer at Hilal Foods, bringing with him over 20 years of strategic financial leadership across diverse industries.

He oversees the group’s financial health, driving strategic planning, financial governance, and performance optimization. Before joining Hilal, he held senior finance positions at Pak Arab Refinery Ltd., House of Habib, Liaquat National Hospital, and Aga Khan University. He is a Fellow Cost & Management Accountant and an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program, in addition to having completed the Leadership Development Program at Duke University. Mr. Loon’s extensive experience and forward-looking approach to financial strategy play a critical role in ensuring long-term growth and sustainability for the Hilal Corp.
