Executive Innovation, Research & Development (IRD)

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience in product development, trials, and documentation will be an advantage

• Support in development and improvement of new and existing food products
• Conduct laboratory and pilot trials for formulations, processes, and ingredients
• Prepare and maintain product recipes, formulations, and technical documentation
• Perform sensory evaluation, shelf-life testing, and stability analysis
• Maintain R&D records, trial reports, and data for audits and certifications

• Strong understanding of food formulation and processing
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct experiments and interpret results
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple trials
