Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product trials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the development of innovative food products. This role requires strong technical knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and a keen understanding of market trends and shelf-life studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory and production line trials to develop and improve food products.Design and implement research strategies in line with organizational goals and industry advancements.

    Monitor emerging trends in food science, technology, and consumer preferences.

    Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards at both national and international levels.

    Conduct comprehensive shelf-life studies, analyze data, and present findings to key stakeholders.

    Perform product testing and evaluation through sensory, physical, and analytical methods.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, Marketing, and Procurement, to drive innovation and process improvements.

    Maintain accurate documentation of trials, findings, and compliance-related activities.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Food Engineering from an accredited university.

Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in product development, quality control, or food research.
