Regional Manager – Warehouse & Distribution (South)

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Warehouse & Distribution Operations, preferably in FMCG
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred)

• Oversee and manage warehouse and distribution operations across the South region to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate product movement
• Supervise teams responsible for receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management of finished goods, raw, and packaging materials
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, and documentation as per company standards and compliance requirements
• Manage warehouse layout planning, capacity utilization, and housekeeping for operational efficiency
• Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability and dispatch of goods
• Liaise with 3PL partners, transporters, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable services
• Track and analyze warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, space utilization, stock variance, and turnaround time)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, accuracy, and cost optimization
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards across all warehouse sites

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Expertise in warehouse operations, distribution, and inventory management
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement focus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, and warehouse reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
